History of Pencak Silat



Hello guys ! How are you ? In these sites, there are many explanation about pencak silat. Are you curious ? Ok, I will tell you a little bit about pencak silat. The official name used to indicate more than 800 martial arts schools and styles spread across more than 13,000 islands in Indonesia is called "pencak silat". However, this is actually a compound name consisting of two terms used in different regions. The word "pencak" and its dialectic derivatives such as "penca" (West Java) and "mancak" (Madura and Bali) is commonly used in Java, Madura and Bali, whereas the term "silat" or "silek" is used in Sumatra.

Batik of Indonesia


Batik is a traditional art which used by the people of Indonesia from the past. Batik is also one produced from natural resources owned by the Indonesian. Batik is made by the women of Java with a cloth that painted with ink. But in the ancestors time, batik has painted using palm leaves. Batik is also had a fairly long period of evolution so that batik through many changes now. For example the motifs of batik, with the over of time it changed accordingly. History of Sambas Palace

Nice to meet you again, guys ! In this page, I will tell you about Sambas. Maybe many people don't know where is Sambas. Sambas is in West Kalimantan. Here is a picture of Sambas palace.
 
Sambas palace was built by Sultan Mahmud Ibrahim Honor in 1933.
In front of the Palace, where as intersection of small Sambas river, Subah river, Teberau river, now in the Dalam Kaum village, Sambas subdistrict since ancient had establishment of Sambas Sultanate Palace (1632) by Raden Bima Sultan Muhammad Tajuddin, second of Sultan Sambas.
